In some cases the configuration tool will not see any networks. You have to try the 'scan button' again. If you will not find any networks after trying it several times, please do the following steps:

  • Is the WiFi range enough for the HomeWizard were he is standing right now?
  • Sometimes it will work if you put the HomeWizard on is side.
  • Is your routeer sending an b/g network and not 'n-only'?

If you followed all above steps and it is still not working, click on the button 'Connect to hidden network' and fill in manuaal your networkinformation (SSID and password) to finishing the configuration tool. Note: the networkname and password are case sensitive.
