Tasks based on a preset trigger.

A preset trigger will start a certain action once a preset is activated. As conditions, dates and times can be used. The preset triggers will help you in automating your home, depending on a change in you being present/absent. Some examples of tasks based on preset triggers:

  • When the preset 'away' is activated all lights in your house will turn off, but those from the hallway will remain on for 5 extra minutes and turn off afterwards. The HetaLink will also turn off and the radiator valves will to back to 16 degrees.
  • When you come home in dark (between sunset and sunrise), the lights in the hallway will go on for 5 minutes and the lights in the living room will go to 70% dimmed.
  • When the preset 'sleep' is activated on weekdays, the front door lock will switch to night mode (locked), all lights go out, the lights in the bedroom will be dimmed to 50% and will go out after 5 minutes.

There are many other examples, some are easy others more sophisticated. Take for example a task which uses all options that the device trigger offers. For example, you want to create a circuit that looks as following:

IF the preset 'Sleep' is activated on weekdays, ...

... THEN  the frond door lock will switch to night mode ( locked) all lights go out, the lights in the bedroom will be dimmed to 50% and will go out after 5 minutes.
