A1. Connect the anemometer directly to the display

  1. Open the battery holder of the anemometer by screwing it open.
  2. Check that the cable is disconnected from the battery pack (probably already disconnected). This ensures that an anemometer is stress-free.
  3. Press the 'Link' button on the display. A green LED indicator will flash behind the link button.
  4. Place the 2 x "AA" 1.5V batteries in the battery holder in the anemometer (within 30 seconds).
  5. The LED indicator lights continuously to confirm that the pairing has been successful.
  6. Now connect the cable of the battery again.
  7. Remove any protective film from the solar cell.
  8. Mount the anemometer on a vertical surface, using the mounting materials.

It can take up to 10 minutes before data is shown on the display. Do not attempt to reconnect the anemometer during this period.

  • Because the wind meter is now linked to the display, you have the possibility to head the display to the HomeWizard. The values of the anemometer are then visible on the HomeWizard and also on the display.

A2. Then link the display to the HomeWizard.

If all desired weather sensors are linked to the display, the display can be linked to the HomeWizard.
