  3. Press the 'Link' button on the display. A green LED indicator will flash behind the link button.

  6. Mount the rain gauge on a desired surface.

It can take up to 10 minutes before data is shown on the display. Do not attempt to reconnect the rain gauge during this period.

  • Because the rain meter is now linked to the display, you have the option to head the display to the HomeWizard. The values of the rain gauge are then visible on the HomeWizard and also on the display.

A2. Then connect the display to the HomeWizard.

If all desired weather sensors are linked to the display, the display can be linked to the HomeWizard.

ATTENTION: visible data must first appear on the display before you link the display to the HomeWizard.

  1. Open the HomeWizard application via your smartphone and / or tablet and open the MENU.
  2. Go to "Devices"> Add device> Weather and then select Weather station.
  3. Press 'Link' button on the display. Behind the link button the green LED indicator will flash.
  4. In the opened HomeWizard app, click "Link weather station" (within 30 seconds of the previous step)
  5. The HomeWizard recognizes the display and the associated sensors. Check this to make the values visible in the HomeWizard app and press Save.

B. Connect the rain gauge directly to the HomeWizard

  1. Open the battery holder of the rain gauge by unscrewing it.

  7. The HomeWizard recognizes the rain gauge and code appears. Save this sensor and after a few minutes the values will also be visible in the HomeWizard app.
  8. Mount the rain gauge on a desired surface.

  • Because the rain gauge is NOT linked to the display but directly to the HomeWizard, the values of the rain gauge are only on the HomeWizard.
